When you visit the VPNBJ website, the server may process page addresses, access times, referring pages, browser and operating system types, network addresses, and error information. It is processed separately from the content accessed through international routes.

When users submit a support ticket, the system stores the ticket text, reply history, and related attachments to follow up on account, order, or connection issues. Please do not submit sensitive information unrelated to the issue in a ticket.

After the connection ends, only account traffic allowance, subscription status, and aggregated information needed to keep the service operating normally are retained. VPNBJ does not create connection logs that identify specific access targets, so this type of browsing log has no subsequent retention period.

Technical records created to address faults, abusive activity, or system security incidents are retained only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose. After processing is complete, the records are deleted, aggregated, or de-identified, except for limited records that must be retained by law.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language preferences, interface state, and necessary security verification information. Without this data, login status, page preferences, or some account functions may not remain active.

Users can clear cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, users will usually need to sign in again and reselect relevant page preferences. Account details, payment receipts, and risk-control information collected directly by a payment channel are controlled by that channel. It will not ask users to resubmit complete payment receipts in a support ticket.

Data Retention, Access, and Deletion

Account information is generally retained for as long as the account exists and subscription services are needed. Order and payment results retain the necessary information for transaction verification, refund processing, risk control, and applicable record obligations. Website access analytics and fault records are handled according to the principle of minimum necessity and are deleted, aggregated, or de-identified once their purpose is complete.

Users can sign in to the user panel and submit requests to access, correct, or delete account data through the support ticket entry point. To prevent requests from being made by someone else, we may verify control of the account before processing a request. After an account is deleted, data directly related to service delivery will no longer be used for routine account functions. Limited records that must be retained for legal obligations, payment disputes, or security incidents will be handled after the relevant obligation ends.

Deleting an account may make subscription settings, remaining traffic, order access, and ticket history unavailable. Before submitting a request, users should save any information they still need and confirm that relevant orders or disputes have been resolved.

VPNBJ may update this policy when service features, data processing procedures, or applicable rules change. Updated content will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be adjusted accordingly. Significant changes to the scope of data processing may also be explained through a notice in the user panel.
