From the User Panel to a Connected Route

VPN Setup Guide

Follow the steps to create an account, choose a plan, get your subscription, import it into a client, and verify the connection. No email address is required. Routes cover 100+ countries / 230+ routes, with unlimited simultaneous devices.

Account setup

Create an account and open the user panel

First, open the VPNBJ account creation page. Set a username and password; no email address is required. Use the username for future logins and the password to protect plans, orders, and subscription details in the user panel. Submit the form, and once you see the account-creation confirmation, continue to the user panel.

Store your username and password in a trusted password manager. Subscription details, client access, and plan status are all shown in the user panel, and you will need these credentials when switching to another computer or mobile device. Do not post your username, password, and subscription link together on a public page or place the subscription content in a shared document.

If the page takes you directly to the account overview after submission, your login session is already active and you can continue to plan selection. If you remain on the login screen, sign in with the username and password you just set. You do not need to look for a client yet; without an active plan, the subscription and download areas may only show prompts. Choose a plan first.

Usage-based selection

Choose a plan and place your order

After opening the plan section in the user panel, decide whether your usage is closer to continuous access or total-volume usage. Monthly subscriptions suit users who need routes available over time and have regular monthly usage. Data plans suit irregular usage when you want the allowance to remain available for later. The two plan types have different data rules, so do not compare price alone.

Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date; if you upgrade during the term, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Consider video quality, file-transfer frequency, and daily access time when estimating usage instead of choosing a larger tier for occasional use.

Data plans offer ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until the data is used and never expire. Data does not renew monthly, making these plans better for intermittent use or long-term reserves. Both monthly subscriptions and data plans support unlimited simultaneous devices. You can configure the same account on your usual devices, but usage still counts against the selected plan.

After choosing a plan, click the relevant Start Using or Choose a Plan button, check the plan name, data allowance, and amount, then proceed to payment. Available methods are Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Once the payment status updates, return to the account overview and confirm that the plan is active. VPNBJ offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund; review the plan page and terms before ordering for the refund scope and process.

Get your subscription from the user panel

After your plan takes effect, open the account overview. Subscription details appear alongside the current plan status in the same user panel. Find the option to copy the subscription or subscription address, click copy, and keep the browser page open for now. This subscription link is not a normal web address; it lets the client read VPNBJ route settings, so do not open it in a browser address bar.

After copying, you can paste the link into a local plain-text editor to check that the format is complete. Do not alter any characters or leave spaces before or after the link. The format below is illustrative only; in actual use, copy the content generated for your account in the user panel:

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

The example domain and token are fictional and cannot be used to connect. A real subscription can only be obtained from your own account’s user panel. This page does not provide a static subscription address or include any account subscription in the guide. Like login credentials, a subscription link is personal configuration information. If exposed, other clients may read the same route list and consume data from your plan.

If the subscription entry still does not appear in the account overview, first check whether the order and plan statuses have updated, then refresh the user panel. Do not repeatedly create new orders or search for a supposed universal subscription. If the link is still unavailable after the status is confirmed, open the support ticket area from the user panel and describe the order and page behavior.

Platform import

Import the subscription into each platform client

After obtaining the subscription, open the client-download section in the user panel and choose the VPNBJ client for your system. Download links for Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and Linux are all in the user panel; this guide does not include static installer links. The download section also provides platform-specific usage notes. Follow the page instructions to install the client, then return here to import the subscription.

The core process is the same on every platform: open the client, find subscription management, choose to add it by URL, paste the complete subscription link, save, and update. Once the route list appears, choose a route matching the target service’s region without changing other settings repeatedly. Protocols, routing rules, and advanced traffic splitting can be covered after the basic connection is complete in the full user manual.

Windows

Choose the Windows client in the user panel and complete the installation. On first launch, open subscription or configuration management, click Add Subscription, choose URL import, and paste the complete link you copied earlier. Save and click Update. Once route names appear in the list, return to the main screen, choose a region, and start the connection.

If nothing appears after pasting, check whether extra spaces were added at either end of the link, then confirm that the client can currently access the network. Do not split link parameters manually or treat the example link as a real configuration.

macOS

Get the macOS client from the user panel and allow the necessary network extension when prompted by the system. In the client’s subscription or configuration page, choose Import from URL and paste the subscription. After the update completes, return to the route page, choose the target region, and let the client initiate the system connection request.

The first macOS connection may trigger a system permission prompt. Read the application name and requested access in the dialog, then follow the client’s instructions to authorize it. If a required permission was denied, allow it again in the relevant network settings and reconnect from the client.

Android

Open the Android download section in the user panel and get the matching client. After installation, open the subscription page, tap Add or the add entry in the upper-right corner, and choose Import from link. Paste and save the subscription, then pull down to refresh or tap Update so the client can load the route list.

When starting the first connection, Android will display a network-connection authorization prompt. Confirm that the client came from the user panel, then allow the request. After connecting, you can leave the client running in the background. If the system’s battery-saving policy interrupts the connection, adjust background operation settings using the mobile maintenance guidance in the full manual.

iOS

Open the iOS download instructions in the user panel and use the App Store entry provided there to get the appropriate client. After installation, open subscription management, choose Add via URL, and paste the subscription link from the account panel. Save and update the route list, then return to the client home page and choose a route.

On the first connection, iOS will ask permission to add a network configuration. Confirm that the request comes from the client you just installed, then continue. When changing regions later, disconnect the current route in the client before selecting a new region and reconnecting, so the previous connection state does not interfere with the switch.

Connection verification and basic troubleshooting

Once the route list has updated, choose a route based on the target service’s region. For a service in Singapore, prioritize Singapore routes; for Japan-region content, start with Japan routes. The technical differences between IEPL dedicated routes, relays, and direct connections can affect specific use cases, but you do not need to compare every parameter on the first connection. Choose the right region and confirm basic connectivity first, then adjust the route type based on stability.

Click the connection switch in the client and wait for the status to show Connected. Then open the My IP page to check your current exit region. For easier comparison, check it once before connecting, then refresh the page afterward. If the exit region matches the region of the selected route, system traffic is being handled through that connection.

After confirming the exit IP, open the website or app you actually want to use. Different content platforms may make different decisions based on account region, content rights, and local cache, so “the route is connected” and “the target content is displayed” are separate checks. This basic guide verifies only the connection and exit region; for region selection related to streaming, continue with support information.

If the client shows Connected but the exit region has not changed, disconnect first, update the subscription list once, and switch to another route in the same region. Reconnect and refresh the IP lookup page. Adjust one step at a time so you can identify whether the issue comes from the subscription update, route selection, or system authorization. Do not delete the client, recreate the account, and place another order at the same time; that makes a simple issue harder to isolate.

If the client cannot retrieve the route list, return to the account overview to check the plan status and copy the complete subscription link again. If routes load but the connection fails, check whether the system has granted the client the required network permissions. If only a particular website behaves unexpectedly, first confirm that the selected region matches the target service. The full user manual covers system permissions, route types, subscription updates, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting in greater detail.
