Service Scope

VPNBJ provides network acceleration across 100+ countries and 230+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Services include account management, plan purchases, subscription access, route connections, and related usage support. The user panel determines the specific available routes, client access points, and account status.

International network conditions, target website policies, device settings, and underlying network quality may affect actual connection results. VPNBJ maintains and adjusts its routes and services, but does not make a fixed promise of continuous access to any particular website, region, or time period.

Accounts and Subscription Use

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscriptions, route connections, plan changes, and other activity carried out through their accounts. If credentials appear to be used improperly, change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.

The service supports unlimited devices online at the same time, but use is limited to the subscriber and devices they reasonably manage. Subscriptions may not be resold or rented. Users may not publicly share accounts, passwords, subscription credentials, or route access with unspecified third parties, nor distribute service capacity at scale through automation. Users are responsible for risks caused by voluntarily disclosing their credentials.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Check the selected plan, traffic allowance, and account information before submitting an order.

Compliance Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and the location where the service is used, and must independently confirm the rules that apply when accessing a target service. VPNBJ may not be used for unlawful activities, infringement of others’ lawful rights, distribution of illegal content, network attacks, fraud, malicious scanning, disruption of system operations, or other conduct that may harm network or third-party security.

Target websites and platforms may have additional regional, account, and content-use rules. Users must comply with their current terms when accessing those services. VPNBJ provides network connectivity and does not participate in transactions, content licensing, or account management between users and third-party platforms.

Availability and Liability

Routes may be temporarily interrupted by maintenance, upstream network changes, equipment failures, system upgrades, public network congestion, force majeure, or changes to third-party services. VPNBJ will maintain the service within a reasonable scope, but cannot guarantee that every route will perform the same way in every environment. Route access points, connection methods, or client configurations may change during maintenance.

Users should retain important data and understand the potential impact before changing system network settings. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNBJ is not liable for indirect losses arising from user device configurations, third-party platform restrictions, underlying network issues, improper credential handling, or violations of these terms. Mandatory legal requirements take precedence.

Service Suspension and Account Termination

In cases of unlawful use, subscription resale, public credential sharing, malicious consumption of service resources, attacks on network facilities, disruption of other users’ normal use, or attempts to evade account controls, VPNBJ may restrict routes, suspend subscriptions, or terminate accounts according to the level of risk. To verify unusual activity, the service may ask users to complete necessary account confirmation through the user panel.

After an account is suspended or terminated, users may not create repeated accounts to continue the same conduct. If a user believes the action was incorrect, they may submit a ticket through the user panel with account details and relevant circumstances. VPNBJ will review the account records, order status, and service usage.

Refunds and Changes to These Terms

A full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 7 days after the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel with verifiable account and order information. Refund decisions are based on these terms, order status, and actual payment records.

VPNBJ may revise these terms in response to changes in laws and regulations, service scope, route maintenance methods, or product rules. Updated content will be published on this page, along with the date shown on the page. Changes that materially affect user rights or obligations will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Continued use after the terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the revised content.
